We are an online store based in Trinidad; however, most of our products can also be purchased at Scribbles and Quills Bookstore – Eniath’s Compound, Gaston Street, Lange Park, Chaguanas
Yes, you can request FREE personalization with your name or logo (where applicable). Items typically personalized are Journals, Planners, Notebooks and Notepads. When ordering from our website, please leave a note upon checkout in the space provided with your request for personalization.
We accept orders for custom stickers depending on the request. We do however, print logo stickers or similar, once the design is provided to us. Please send us a message with your enquiry for confirmation.
Yes, we print logo stickers once the logo is provided. For information on pricing, please send us a message.
No, we do not provide services that include invoice books, thank you cards, gift certificates, packaging cards, labels and/or business cards.

Shipping & Returns

Our shipping and delivery options are as follows: Courier Delivery – $32.00 TT TTPOST TrackPak Delivery – $32.00 TT
Exchanges are only facilitated if the item received is faulty or defected. No returns are accepted for personalized or custom items, ONLY exchanges (if the item received is defected). Returns of other products are accepted for store credit NOT cash back. All returns and exchanges are to be done within 7 days from date of receipt in original and unused condition.
Orders placed on our website are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email from us with your delivery details.

Payment & Orders

The payment options for orders placed on our website are Cash, Credit or Debit (linx) on Delivery, or via Bank Transfers. For wholesale orders (exceeding $1500 TT) and all orders shipping via TTPOST, payments are to be made via bank transfer/deposit to our Republic Bank Account.
